the musician said. Attending a Chorgymnasium further solidified this path.
Concerts and tours were commonplace during formative years. Piano lessons started at age 11, quickly leading to playing the organ. A career in church music became the clear goal. After studies and assistant positions, the musician sought a permanent role.
I was invited to audition for every application, but I declined some offers because I wanted to do fulfilling choir work. Then everything fit in Friedberg,
the musician recalled. The year was 1995, when the musician combined the city church choir and the upper Hessian cantore into the dean’s cantore.
