TV2’s singing competition A Nagy Duett has introduced an unprecedented twist to its final stage, allowing a previously eliminated pair to return to the competition through a public vote.
For the first time in the history of the show, the broadcaster opened a viewer poll to decide which of the departed duos deserved a second chance. The voting period was brief, concluding at midnight on Monday, April 21, 2025.
The Return of Radics and Visváder
The results of the public vote saw Gigi Radics and Tamás Visváder secure their return to the competition. The duo received nearly half of all votes cast during the window.
They were selected from a pool of previously eliminated pairs that included:
- L.L. Junior and Viki Szorcsik
- Anikó Molnár and Feró Nagy
- Andor Schmuck and Évi Sári
- András Stohl and Dorottya Geszler
- Heni Dér and Győző Gáspár
Following the announcement, Tamás Visváder expressed gratitude via a comment on the channel’s post, writing Köszönjük!
The Final Lineup
The addition of the Radics-Visváder pair means that five star pairs, rather than the usual four, will compete in the finale scheduled for Sunday, April 27, 2025.

The finalists competing for the title are:
- Gigi Radics and Tamás Visváder
- Aurelio and Mary Nótár
- Sydney van den Bosch and Brúnó Pető
- Ramóna Lékai-Kiss and Bence Brasch
- Berci Hegyes and Luca Mihályfi
Path to the Finale
The road to the final was marked by high drama, particularly during the fourth live broadcast on April 7, 2025. During that episode, three duos were placed in the danger zone: András Stohl and Dorottya Geszler, Gigi Radics and Tamás Visváder and Luca Mihályfi and Berci Hegyes.
At that time, the jury exercised their saving power to keep Radics and Visváder in the competition, which resulted in the immediate elimination of András Stohl and Dorottya Geszler.
While Radics and Visváder survived that specific jury decision, they were later among the pairs who had to rely on the public vote to rejoin the competition for the final showdown.
Other notable trajectories in the competition included Ramóna Lékai-Kiss and Bence Brasch, who avoided the danger zone during the fourth live show, ensuring their steady progression toward the finale.
