Abu⁢ Dhabi experienced⁤ a significant boost in tourism in ‍March, welcoming approximately 417,000 hotel ⁢guests. ⁤This surge underscores the emirate’s growing prominence as a global tourism destination, driven by diverse accommodation options and⁢ high hospitality standards.

The ⁤emirate’s 171 hotel establishments, offering 34,341 ‍rooms, recorded over 1.2 million guest nights. The average hotel occupancy rate‍ reached 69%,‌ with revenue per⁤ available room ⁢(RevPAR) averaging $132.

Revenue streams included⁣ $94 million from room ⁣bookings,​ $62 million from food and beverage services, and $10.3 million from other sources.

International arrivals were led by non-Arab Asian nationals,‍ totaling 152,000 guests.European ⁣travelers followed​ with 123,000, and UAE nationals accounted for 58,000 stays.

Luxury hotels remained a popular ⁣choice. Five-star​ hotels hosted 205,000 guests, including 78,000 Europeans. ⁢Four-star hotels welcomed 119,000 ​guests, while three-star and lower-rated properties ⁢recorded 54,000 guests. Serviced apartments hosted 38,000 visitors.
