ACU Volleyball Update

The ACU Wildcats finished their 2024 regular season with a loss to California Baptist, falling 3-0. The match ended with set scores of 25-14, 25-22, and 25-23.

Match Breakdown:

• First Set: ACU struggled with eight hitting errors, producing only eight kills. California Baptist hit .353, dominating the set.
• Second Set: ACU improved to .222 but lost 25-22 after leading 5-0 early. California Baptist secured the lead with a mid-set run.
• Third Set: ACU led 13-7 but allowed California Baptist to go on a 7-0 run. ACU committed eight errors, leading to a 25-23 loss.

• ACU: .127 hitting percentage, 35 kills, 50 digs, 33 assists.
• California Baptist: .267 hitting percentage, 11 service aces, 10 blocks to ACU’s one.
