The sale involved 39.5 million shares ⁢at 275.09 rupees each, as reported by the National stock Exchange of India (NSE), and ⁢an additional 51.5 million ⁢shares at 275 rupees each, according to data ‍from the Bombay⁣ Stock Exchange (BSE).

this transaction represented a roughly 0.6% discount compared to AWL Agri’s closing price on Thursday.
