Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS) projects increased home care revenue following new ‍budget approvals⁢ in Illinois and texas. The company,based in Frisco,Texas,provides⁢ personal care and hospice services to about 62,000 consumers across 23 states.

Illinois finalized its 2026 fiscal budget, which includes a 3.9% increase to ⁢$30.80 per ⁣hour⁤ in the base hourly reimbursement rate. This adjustment supports⁤ a minimum wage of $18.75 per hour for direct in-home care workers. Addus⁤ estimates ⁤this ⁤will generate about $17.5 million in annual revenue.

Texas also increased its⁢ base hourly reimbursement rate by 9.9% to $17.13 per hour in its 2026 ‍budget. addus anticipates approximately $17.7 million in additional annual revenue‍ from this change in ‍Texas.

The rate increases take affect Jan. 1‍ and Sept. 1,respectively.
