Applications will be submitted via the electronic application system. Applications are not accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The application period is from 9:00 am on October 1st to 5:00 pm on October 3rd, 2024.

When applying

• You cannot apply to more than one municipal kindergarten for Type 1 certification. However, you can apply for both Type 1 and Type 2 certifications.
• For details on the number of places to be recruited, etc., please see the recruitment document “Guide to recruiting children for Suita City Kindergartens and Certified Childcare Centers Type 1 Certified (Educational Use) in 2025.”

Eligible applicants

3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds who live with their guardians in Suita City

(For 3-year-olds, only certified childcare facilities are accepting applications.)

If you are residing outside of Suita City, you will need documents that prove you will be moving to Suita City by the end of March 2025. (Examples: purchase and sale contracts for housing and land, rental contracts, etc.)

If you have no plans to transfer or have not yet confirmed that you will transfer, you cannot apply.
