A new award program is spotlighting the often-unsung heroes of the marketing, advertising, and technology industries: the senior leaders who prioritize the growth of emerging talent. This initiative aims to identify and celebrate individuals who actively build workplaces where new professionals can quickly learn, contribute meaningfully, and launch triumphant careers.
Who is Eligible?
The Architects of culture
award recognizes leaders who foster resourceful and thoughtful work environments. This includes those directly responsible for human resources, culture, and people development within their organizations, and also individuals who champion positive workplace cultures through employee resource groups (ERGs) and other voluntary efforts. To be considered, nominees must have held their current position for a minimum of 12 months.
Nomination Details
Nominations are being accepted through January 16, 2026. There is no fee to submit a nominee. Winners will be featured in the March issue of the industry publication, both in print and online.
