The Aegis Vopak IPO and The Leela IPO, while drawing moderate interest, particularly from institutional investors, suggest a ⁣quiet market entry, according to grey market premiums.

Aegis Vopak Terminals’ IPO, which closed May 28, was⁣ subscribed 2.09 times overall. The offering consisted of 11.91 crore new equity⁣ shares, priced between Rs 223 and Rs 235 each. The grey market‍ premium for⁤ Aegis ⁤Vopak shares indicates a listing around Rs⁣ 236, a slight increase⁣ of 0.43% over the high end of the price ⁤range.

Aegis Vopak Terminals, a ⁢joint venture between Aegis⁤ Logistics and Vopak, a ⁤Dutch firm, manages 18 terminals at five major Indian ports. It has more ‍than 1.5 million cubic ⁤meters of liquid storage and 70,800 MT of LPG storage.
