Aero Launches New Route: Park City to Los Angeles
Aero, a semi-private jet service, has announced a new route connecting Park City, Utah, and Los Angeles, California. The inaugural flight will take place on January 23, 2025, coinciding with the Sundance Film Festival. This new route is Aero’s fourth leisure destination for 2023, following Napa, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas.
This nonstop service allows travelers to fly from Van Nuys Airport in Los Angeles to Salt Lake City International Airport. From there, they can easily reach resorts in Park City and Deer Valley via rideshare or Aero’s luxury partner, Go Rentals. Travelers can check in two bags, including winter sports equipment, without any extra fees. Luggage is handled curbside, and guests receive their bags within 15 minutes of landing. The one-way ticket starts at an introductory price of $900, similar to first-class commercial airline tickets between Los Angeles and Salt Lake City.
Ben Klein, Aero’s CEO, emphasized the ease of travel to winter destinations with this route. He stated, “We offer a smooth and stylish jet experience that avoids busy commercial terminals and eliminates the hassle of transporting winter gear.” Klein believes this route will quickly become one of Aero’s most popular year-round options.
