All Elite Wrestling (AEW) CEO Tony Khan addressed the announced split of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), assuring fans that the move will not impact AEW’s business operations. WBD, AEW’s broadcast partner, revealed plans last week to divide into two separate entities: one focused on streaming and studios, and the other on global networks.
Khan, speaking at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, emphasized the strong relationship between AEW and WBD leadership. the promotion’s media rights, valued at $185 million annually, are secured through a multi-year agreement with WBD. This agreement ensures that Dynamite and Collision air on TBS and TNT, respectively, with simulcasts available on Max in the U.S.
