After 7 years of absence.. Youssef El-Sherif returns with this cinematic work (Details)

The artist Youssef El-Sherif is preparing for his latest artistic work, entitled “Death Derby”, in the coming period, after an absence from cinema, which lasted for 7 years, because his last work was “Sons of Adam, which was shown in 2018 .

Death Derby Movie

The Death Derby movie is the second collaboration between Youssef El Sharif and artist Dina El-Sherbini, as the first collaboration was in the 2018 movie “Sons of Adam”. The work was directed by Ahmed Nader Galal, and produced by “Big Time” Fund in partnership with United Company and the Entertainment Authority of Saudi Arabia.

Youssef El Sharif is scheduled to begin filming the work in late 2024 and will take place between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, after the director of the work has finished visiting the filming locations.

Artist Yusuf El Sharif’s latest work is the “Covid 25” series, which was shown in the season of Ramadan 2021 series and achieved great success during its broadcast period.

The events of the “Covid 25” series revolve around the spread of a dangerous virus in the year 2025, which prompts infected individuals to attack and kill people, and Doctor Yassin Al-Masri must uncover the larger conspiracy that caused the virus to spread.
