Gamin Agency and ⁣ Pi Corporation have released a statement clarifying the timing of their contract, confirming that it​ has nothing to do with work in Thailand.

Pi Corporation has stepped in to address the controversy unfolding on the TikTok platform, providing evidence of direct chats with​ Gamin.

Timeline of Events

Gamin and Pi began working together in September-November 2023, but no contract was signed at that time. ⁤It wasn’t until February 28, 2024, that Pi and Gamin met to discuss a⁣ work ​contract, which was limited to Garmin ⁣events in South Korea only.

On March 8, 2024, Pi‌ helped review⁢ the contract details between Gamin and Charlie, and supported their activities together.

On May 5, 2024, Gamin informed Pi that ​he would wait for the work to finish before evaluating the contract for the part ​that works only in South Korea.

On August 28, 2024, after Gamin ended his relationship with Naek Charlie, ⁢Gamin was invited to attend a TikTok event ‌in Korea, where Pi accompanied him ‍and appeared in a ⁣video.

On August 29, 2024, Gamin ⁤requested to suspend the signing of the⁤ contract with Pi due⁢ to concerns about potential damage to the ​company.

Pi Corporation’s Statement

Pi Corporation wants to confirm that they have ⁢been independently conducting business in ⁣Thailand since March 29, 2024, ⁢and that this has no relation ⁣to Gamin and Charlie’s personal businesses in Thailand.

Pi Corporation has evidence that they have been promoting and supporting Kamin and Charlie’s ⁢businesses in Thailand, and had no role in‌ separating them to enter the Thai market.
