On December 9, 2025, Minister Ahmed El Bouari presided over a ceremony in salé where 89 officials from teh Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Advancement and Water and Forests received Royal Wissams awarded by King Mohammed VI in recognition of their service.

The ceremony, described as “full of emotion and solemnity,” took place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in Salé, Morocco.Minister Ahmed El Bouari led the presentation of the Royal Wissams bestowed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI to commemorate the 2025 Throne Day (a national holiday celebrating the King’s accession to the throne).
High-ranking officials attended the event, including the secretary General of the Department of Maritime Fisheries and the Director General of the National Agency for land Conservation, cadastre and Cartography. Directors and executives from various public establishments and administrations under the ministry were also present, demonstrating the broad scope of the recognition.
A total of 89 individuals were honored for their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to public service. This breakdown included 76 officials from the Department of Agriculture and 13 from the Department of Maritime Fisheries,highlighting the importance of both sectors to Morocco’s economy.
