The trio recently posted an Instagram reel expressing their disappointment over the ICE sweeps targeting Latino communities in Paramount,Huntington Park,and Santa Ana. Nuñez emphasized the importance of unity and spreading awareness. Lopez urged viewers to tag artists who should speak up, arguing that artists should reciprocate the community’s support.
Lopez stated that artists play a big role as role models and leaders, especially for those who cannot speak up. Nuñez and Mondragon, both DACA recipients, have openly discussed their experiences on the podcast.
