The Disconnect: Executive Optimism vs. Worker ‌Readiness

Executives are largely optimistic about the potential of AI, viewing it as ⁣a valuable co-worker. ‍However, new research from Accenture⁣ reveals a concerning disparity: workers are not adequately prepared for ‍this shift.

The study, encompassing 14,000 workers and ​1,100 executives across⁢ 12 countries, ​found ⁢that while 84%​ of executives anticipate AI-powered agents working alongside humans within three years, only 26% of workers have received⁣ training on‌ how to effectively collaborate⁢ with these technologies.

Despite⁤ the lack of planning, workers largely embrace⁢ AI.
