Aitana Kicks Off Cuarto Azul World Tour in Almería, Spain

Spanish singer Aitana began her Cuarto Azul World Tour on May 9, 2026, performing for nearly 18,000 people at the Municipal Stadium Antonio Peroles in Almería, Spain.

The opening show featured a highly conceptual stage design built as an open house, complete with stairs, platforms, and various rooms. This structure allowed the atmosphere and colors to shift as the performance progressed, supported by lighting effects and giant screens.

The concert opened with a focused, intimate scene where Aitana performed 6 de Febrero while lying on a white bed. This bed was positioned atop a two-level structure in the center of the stage, with her musicians situated below her.

For the performance, the singer wore a custom nude look created by Devol Studio and personalized boots from Hispanitas. The wardrobe complemented a setlist that balanced high-energy numbers with more subdued, personal moments.

While the show focused primarily on her 2025 album, Cuarto Azul, Aitana included several songs from earlier in her career. These included Mon Amour, Vas a Quedarte, and Gran Vía.

Following the performance of No Te Has Ido y Ya Te Extraño, Aitana paused to address the crowd for the first time. According to Billboard, she welcomed the audience to our little piece of Cuarto Azul and noted that the concert would provide little reminders of her previous albums and her origins.

The audience responded strongly to several tracks, particularly Miamor and Las Babys, with fans singing along from the front rows to the stadium stands. During Miamor, the crowd sang nearly the entire first verse independently, while Con Los Ángeles emerged as one of the most celebrated portions of the evening.

The event also included spontaneous interactions between the artist and her fans, during which Aitana read signs and accepted gifts. She used these moments to discuss the emotional weight of her latest album.

Before performing the song Desde Que Ya No Hablamos, Aitana explained her decision to include the track despite it not being a fan favorite. She stated that she wanted to include a song that represents the darkest part of the set.

During this intimate segment of the show, she reflected on the songwriting process for the album, recalling that many of the songs were written while she was in Miami and feeling very sad.

The concert concluded with Superestrella, one of her most successful recent releases. The track has achieved significant chart success, reaching No. 2 on Spain Songs and No. 8 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Pop Songs chart.

The tour kickoff occurs during a period of significant growth for the Spanish music industry. In 2025, live music in Spain surpassed $930 million in revenue, and Aitana became the first woman to be ranked in the top 10 of that sector.

The Cuarto Azul World Tour will continue across several regions over the coming months. After completing a series of dates in Spain, Aitana is scheduled to travel to Latin America in October 2026 for performances in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.

The tour will then move to the United States in November 2026, with confirmed dates in Miami and New York. The trek is expected to conclude with a return to Europe in early 2027.
