Akira, the “Death Fighter,” has announced his departure from Major League Wrestling (MLW), opening a new chapter as⁢ a free agent. ‍The move marks the end of ‌his run with the promotion since debuting in 2023. ⁢Akira is known for ⁤his hardcore wrestling style.

During‍ his time in MLW, ⁤Akira achieved considerable success, capturing both the MLW World Middleweight Championship and ⁢the ⁢MLW World Tag Team Championship. He was a prominent member of “The ‌Calling,” a hardcore faction within the league.

With ‍his exit, Akira is now seeking bookings⁤ on the ⁢independent ⁣circuit. He is scheduled ‍to ⁤return to the U.S. in July.
