According to data released by Melon’s music big data analysis service, Data Lab, on April 14, 2026, the duo reached a cumulative total of 2,536,170,000 streams as of March 30, 2026.
Streaming Milestones and Chart Performance
Since their debut in 2014, AKMU has released seven albums and four singles. Their commercial success is highlighted by the fact that seven of their tracks have surpassed 100 million streams each, a feat achieved by only 17 artists across the entire platform.
The duo’s most successful track is How can I love the heartbreak, you’re the one I love
, which has accumulated 448.39 million streams and 7.91 million unique listeners. This specific song demonstrated unprecedented longevity by remaining on the Melon Daily Chart for 1,046 consecutive days, ranking 15th all-time for endurance.
