Saudi National Team Arrives in Dalian for 2026 World Cup Qualifier

The Saudi national team delegation arrived in Dalian, China, in preparation for their upcoming match against the Chinese national team at the Dalian Suyuan Stadium on Tuesday evening.

The team was welcomed at Dalian International Airport by Jaber Rashid, representative of the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in the People’s Republic of China.

Yasser Al-Mishal, president of the Saudi Football Federation, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in the People’s Republic of China for the warm reception and facilities provided to the team.

Preparations for the Match Against China

The Saudi national team, also known as Al-Akhdar, began preparing for their match against China with an evening training session. Technical director Roberto Mancini divided the players into two groups, with those who participated in the previous match against Indonesia recovering at the health club.

The training session included warm-up exercises, passing drills, and tactical exercises, concluding with stretching exercises.

The team will continue their preparations on Saturday with a closed evening training session at the Dalian Sports Center.
