Today, several royal decrees were issued, the texts of which are as follows:

After reviewing the service arrangements of officers, Royal Decree No. (M/43) dated 8/28/1393 AH issued by.
Royal Order No. (A/41) dated 2/15/1439 AH, No. (A/137) dated 6/10/1439 AH, and No. (A/131) dated 3/9/1443 AH after review.
And based on what the Honorable Minister of Defense presented to us.
We have ordered the following:
First: The service of Lieutenant General Mutlaq bin Salem bin Mutlaq Al-Azima, Commander of the Joint Forces, shall be terminated by reference to his retirement from the date of this order.
Second: Lieutenant General Fahd bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al Ghufaili, Chief of Staff of the Navy, was relieved of his post and appointed Deputy Chief of the General Staff with the rank of Lieutenant General.
Third: Lieutenant General / Fahd bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al Mutair, Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces, was relieved of his post and appointed as an advisor in the Office of the Minister of Defense with the rank of Lieutenant General.
Fourth: Major General Fahd bin Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al-Salman has been promoted to the rank of lieutenant general and appointed commander of the joint forces.
Fifth: Major General Fahd Bin Saud Bin Dhuwaiher Al-Juhani has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General and appointed Chief of Staff of the Ground Forces.
Sixth: Rear Admiral Mohammad Bin Abdul Rahman Bin Hamid Al Gharibi has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant General and appointed Chief of the Navy.
Seventh: His Excellency the Minister of Defense must carry out our order.

First: Mutlaq bin Salem bin Mutlaq al-Azima was appointed as an advisor to the royal court with the rank of lieutenant general.
Second: Our order will be communicated to the competent authority for approval and implementation.

We have ordered the following:
First: His Excellency Dr. Samir bin Abdulaziz bin Muhammad, Advisor to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, has been relieved of his post.
Second: Our order will be communicated to the competent authority for approval and implementation.
