Al-Riyadh newspaper NHC continues to consolidate its future vision by signing 19 agreements with quality partnerships on the third day at the Cityscape International Exhibition.
NHC Signs 19 Agreements at Cityscape International Exhibition
NHC has signed 19 agreements on the third day of the Cityscape International Exhibition in Riyadh. These agreements include strategic partnerships and memorandums aimed at improving cooperation in real estate development and industry localization, in support of Saudi Vision 2030.
Among the key agreements, NHC partnered with the General Authority of Endowment to boost collaboration and with the Customer Experience Academy to provide joint workshops.
NHC has also finalized multiple agreements with local companies for real estate development projects. These projects include Al Majidiya Residence, Najum Al Salam, Across the Kingdom, Thabet Al-Maskan, Assas Real Estate, Comprehensive Development, Faisal bin Saidan, Future Homes, Al-Rayem, and Safa. Additionally, NHC signed with Lejam Sports Company to develop sports facilities.
On an international level, NHC established supply agreements with companies like Villeroy & Boch, MASK Logistics Company, and ALUPCO Aluminum Products Company, highlighting its focus on high-quality products and services.
NHC’s initiatives also include a memorandum of understanding with Opai for industrial localization and investments in logistics parks. Agreements with Sadim and Wakiya aim to foster local industrial integration while leveraging international expertise.
These partnerships support NHC’s goal of creating unique destinations that improve lives today and in the future. The company aims to build infrastructure that meets modern needs, strengthening partnerships and offering innovative real estate solutions.
