The newspaper does not offer refunds or prorated billing for mid-term cancellations; access to abqjournal.com and the eJournal continues until the end of the paid term. Payments are non-refundable, and changes in pricing can affect the subscription’s expiration date. Subscribers will receive rate change notices 30 days before they take effect.

The Journal’s subscription offerings include unlimited access to the digital replica edition, known as the “eJournal,” mobile apps, and the website abqjournal.com. Promotional offers are exclusively for new subscribers, and orders may be adjusted if introductory pricing doesn’t apply. Any outstanding balance may be deducted before service begins. Promotional items associated with a subscription must be picked up in person at the Albuquerque Publishing Company office during business hours.

The Albuquerque Journal also provides a digital eEdition for subscribers. The terms of service govern all subscriptions and related services, and by subscribing, customers agree to these terms. Vacation or stop interruptions will not result in account credits.
