Dell is offering a deal on its alienware Area-51 gaming PC, equipped with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics
card. The high-end gaming rig is priced at $4,849.99, including free shipping.
The Alienware Area-51 configuration includes an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K processor, 64GB of DDR5-6400MHz RAM,
and a 4TB SSD. The Core Ultra 9 285K CPU is cooled by a 360mm liquid cooler, and the system is powered by a
1,500W Platinum power supply.
The RTX 5090 is considered the most powerful consumer GPU currently available. While Nvidia has focused on
software and AI enhancements like DLSS 4, the RTX 5090 still delivers a 25%-30% performance increase over the
RTX 4090 in hardware-based raster performance. It also features 32GB of GDDR7 VRAM, compared to the 4090’s
24GB of GDDR6.
The Alienware Area-51 chassis, unveiled at CES 2025, features aesthetic and cooling redesigns. The I/O panel
is located at the top, and the tempered glass window spans the entire side panel. air intakes are positioned at
the bottom and front of the case, promoting positive airflow and reducing dust buildup.
