The announcement, made on April 10, 2026, marks a homecoming for the veteran guard who previously played for the organization during its tenure as the Saskatchewan Rattlers.
Bandoo re-enters the organization as a cornerstone player and leader. Head Coach Isaiah Fox described the addition as a meaningful moment for the community and the fans, noting that Bandoo embodies the skill, leadership, and professionalism valued by the organization.
Professional Background and CEBL Career
A native of Brampton, Ontario, Bandoo played high school basketball at Finney High School and Westview Centennial before attending Hutchinson Community College. He later played for Baylor University, where he was named the Big 12 Sixth Man of the Year in 2020.
Bandoo began his professional career in 2021 with the Saskatchewan Rattlers. During his first season, he played 14 games, averaging 17.4 points per game to lead the team in scoring. He also averaged 5.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.3 steals per game, while shooting 42.4% from three-point range.
In the 2022 season, Bandoo appeared in 21 games, averaging 16.2 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 2.2 assists. He led the CEBL regular season in total three-pointers made with 64, shooting 43% from behind the arc.
Across three seasons with the franchise, Bandoo established himself as the all-time franchise leader in points with 584. During the 2024/25 season with the Saskatchewan Rattlers, he averaged 16.3 points per game on 46.8% shooting and recorded a 46% three-point completion rate.
