Global economic factors, regulatory clarity efforts, and rising institutional interest continue to shape the prices of
major altcoins, including Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and XRP. Spot exchange-traded fund (ETF) applications and
staking integrations are creating an appealing investment landscape for institutional investors in these leading
altcoins.
Despite these positive developments, geopolitical uncertainty and a weaker global risk appetite are suppressing
prices. This has resulted in narrow-range price movements across the altcoin market, reflected in the performance
of Ethereum, Solana, and XRP.
Ethereum (ETH) Price Analysis
Ethereum briefly approached $2,800 last week, attempting to breach the $2,430–$2,730 consolidation zone. However,
investor risk appetite remains subdued amid global market shifts, limiting upward momentum. Profit-taking around
$2,800 led to a drop to $2,500, but the cryptocurrency has as remained above this level.
A weekly close above $2,730 is crucial to confirm a stronger uptrend. Sustained trading above this level could
establish it as new support, potentially signaling the start of an upward trend for this key altcoin.
Ethereum’s immediate resistance is near $2,580. Holding above this level could lead to a move toward the $2,700
resistance zone. A bullish signal from the Stochastic RSI is anticipated above $2,580. A triumphant breakout above
the consolidation zone could propel the price toward $3,000–$3,400.
While Ethereum’s overall upward trend remains intact, the $2,430 level is a critical support area. A pullback below
this level could trigger a broader decline toward $2,000.
XRP Price Analysis
Ripple and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) are in a new phase of their legal battle. A joint request
to suspend the appeals process suggests a swift resolution and potential settlement. This advancement is viewed
positively for Ripple and the broader U.S.crypto market, potentially influencing crypto regulations.

Resolving XRP’s legal issues could boost institutional demand. Purpose Investments, a Canadian firm, plans to list
an XRP spot ETF on the Toronto Stock Exchange on June 18, offering both Canadian and U.S. dollar options.
XRP tested the $2.3 resistance level, gaining 7% in value. After reaching $2.65 last month, XRP corrected to $2.1,
establishing a support line. Price compression between $2.1 and $2.3 could lead to increased volatility. Daily
closes above $2.3 could drive momentum toward $2.5–$2.7, with potential for $3–$3.4 if demand rises.
The $2–$2.1 range is XRP’s primary support area. A break below this range could extend the downtrend from May,
potentially leading to a fall toward $1.65–$1.9.
Solana (SOL) Price Analysis
After rebounding from $100 in April, Solana surged over 80% to $180. However, it failed to surpass $180 last month
and declined to $142 during the correction.
three levels are now critical for Solana. The $142 mark remains a key support. The $183 level is the upper limit
of the consolidation band and acts as major resistance. The midpoint of this channel, around $165,is now an
intermediate resistance. Solana, supported at $142 earlier this week, is testing $155, where short-term EMA values
lie. Daily closes above this level could bring $165 into play, with a retest of $183 possible. A breakout could
open the path to $200, $230, and $260 as short- and medium-term targets.
If the $142 support fails, a drop toward $130 could occur. Breaking that level could send Solana back to the $100
region.
Solana ETF Developments
Solana has re-entered institutional investors’ radar with spot ETF applications submitted to the SEC by Fidelity and
CoinShares. fidelity’s proposal includes staking, directly benefiting Solana’s network economy.

CoinShares’ application is more conservative, but their success with Bitcoin and Ethereum products suggests a
similar path for Solana. Bloomberg analysts estimate a 90% probability of ETF approval, raising short-term
expectations for institutional capital inflows. However, the SEC’s decision remains the final determinant.
