Ginkgo REIT, managed by Ginkgo Residential, concentrates on acquiring, upgrading, and managing workforce housing communities in North and‍ South Carolina. The REIT aims for long-term value ‍creation, attainability, and sustainability by focusing on⁣ resilient properties within this housing segment.⁣ Ginkgo‍ Residential recently acquired The Preserve ​at Pine Valley,a 219-unit apartment community‍ in Wilmington,N.C., for $32.1 million through‍ a joint ​venture with ⁤J.P.
