My Miss Mo brings a two-race win streak into the test for trainer Saffie Joseph Jr. and owners Averill Racing, Mathis Stable, and Tristan De Meric. Tyler Gaffalione rides the daughter of Uncle Mo at 5-1 after her victories in the Black-Eyed Susan (G2) in May at Laurel Park and the Monmouth Oaks (G3) in late July.

Tap to Open shares the 8-1 fourth-choice status with Bodacious Bay for owner Whisper Hill Farm and trainer Brad Cox, with Flavien Prat in the saddle. A victory by Tap to Open could secure a $50,000 bonus for taking both the Cathryn Sophia and the Cotillion.
