Amazing Red has signed a contract with TNA Wrestling following his TNA Hall of Fame induction and X-Division Championship victory at Bound for Glory 2026, PWInsider reported. The pioneer of the early X-Division secured his fourth reign with the title after entering the Ultimate X match on the pay-per-view’s pre-show, marking his first stint with the promotion since 2011.
Bound for Glory Return and Championship Win
Red’s return to TNA began during the Bound for Glory 2026 pre-show when the promotion inducted him into its Hall of Fame. Later that evening, he competed in the Ultimate X match for the vacant X-Division Championship, capturing the belt for the first time in sixteen years. His last previous reign with the championship occurred in 2010.
The X-Division title became vacant earlier in the night when Leon Slater exercised Option C, relinquishing the championship to challenge for the TNA World Championship. Slater successfully captured the World title later on the card, clearing the path for Red’s return to the division he helped establish.
Roster Additions and Upcoming Contract Decisions
While TNA officials have not yet issued a formal public statement announcing Red’s signing, PWInsider noted that the deal is finalized and the wrestler has committed to the promotion. Red is a founder of indie promotion House of Glory, where he competes in the ring and operates the HOG training school alongside his active independent schedule.

Red’s contract finalization accompanies a broader wave of roster adjustments for TNA as the year draws to a close. Earlier in the week, the promotion confirmed the signing of Shotzi Blackheart and the re-signing of Director of Authority Santino Marella, with additional contract renewals anticipated over the coming weeks for talent whose agreements expire before the end of 2026.
