Amazon Rolls Out Alexa+ to More Prime Members
Amazon is expanding access to Alexa+, its upgraded voice assistant, to more Prime members. The company says it’s working to make the more capable version of Alexa available to as many customers as possible and has notified users of the update, including instructions on how to revert to the original Alexa.
Currently, Amazon is only upgrading Prime members with supported devices to the Alexa+ early Access program. Alexa+ is free for Prime members now and will remain so when the full version launches. Though, non-Prime members will face a $20 monthly fee once the official release arrives.
