Americana Restaurants International,a major restaurant operator in the Middle East,North Africa,and Kazakhstan,is exploring the acquisition of Cravia Inc., according to Bloomberg. This move could add Five Guys,Cinnabon,and Seattle’s Best Coffee to Americana’s already extensive portfolio.
Americana Restaurants already manages brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, Krispy Kreme, Wimpy, and Costa Coffee. The potential acquisition of Cravia from Fajr Capital, its owner since 2016, would further solidify Americana’s dominance in the region’s quick-service restaurant sector.
