Amtrak Northeast Corridor Service Disrupted by Overhead Wire​ Damage

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — commuters traveling between philadelphia and new York City faced major disruptions Monday morning⁢ as Amtrak Northeast services were temporarily suspended due to overhead wire damage.

Teh issue,reported by Amtrak just after 9 a.m.,‍ has also impacted NJ Transit North Jersey Coast Line and Northeast Corridor rail services, which are suspended in both directions.

Amtrak anticipates ⁤service will be restored around noon, but ⁢passengers are advised ​to check for⁢ updates and potential delays.
