In the sixth round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, the Palestinian national team and South Korea played to a 1-1 draw at Amman International Stadium. The match began with Zaid Kanbar scoring for Palestine in the 12th minute. South Korea’s star player, Son Heung-min, equalized just four minutes later.
Palestine will be without key player Wissam Abu Ali due to injury. Zamalek’s Omar Farag is on the bench for this match.
