Lewis urged women to prioritize early detection and undergo mammograms. she emphasized that early detection, especially for breast cancer, substantially improves‍ outcomes and can save lives.

Hired by MTV in 1997, Ananda Lewis became ⁢a prominent video jockey, hosting shows such as Total⁤ Request Live and Hot ⁢Zone. In 2001, she⁣ launched her own talk show, The Ananda Lewis Show, which aired ‍for two seasons. Later, she joined The Insider as ⁢a ⁢correspondent‍ from 2004 to 2005.
