Tenure and Experience
Ancelotti assumed the role of Brazil coach in 2025. During his first year in charge, he led the five-time world champions through a successful qualification campaign for the upcoming World Cup, which is hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The Italian manager brings extensive club-level experience to the national team, having previously served as the head coach for Real Madrid, AC Milan, and Chelsea.
World Cup Preparations
Brazil is currently finalizing its preparations for the tournament. Ancelotti is scheduled to announce the final squad for the competition on May 18 in Rio de Janeiro.
Following the squad announcement, the team will hold a final send-off match against Panama. This fixture is scheduled for May 31 and will take place at the Maracana Stadium.
