UNCASVILLE, Conn. — Angel Reese achieved her first‌ career triple-double ⁢Sunday,‍ fueling‌ the‍ Chicago Sky’s ​78-66 victory over the connecticut Sun. ⁢Reese posted ‌11 points, 11 assists,‌ and 13 rebounds⁤ in the Commissioner’s Cup game.

At 23 years,⁢ 40 days old, Reese is the⁣ second-youngest WNBA player to record a triple-double. Caitlin‌ Clark achieved the feat twice at a younger age.

Reese’s ‍11 assists more than doubled‌ her‌ previous high, contributing ⁢to⁣ five Sky players scoring in double figures. Hailey⁣ Van Lith led Chicago’s dominant bench‍ play with 16 points. The Sky’s reserves⁢ outscored the Sun’s 36-2. ‍The Chicago Sky’s role in the WNBA continues to grow with young talent.
