Apple Employees Utilize Internal AI Chatbots
Apple currently employs two AI-powered chatbot tools, Enchanté and Enterprise Assistant, for internal use, despite not yet releasing a public-facing AI chatbot. These tools are designed to enhance employee productivity and leverage various AI models.
Enchanté: Apple’s Internal ChatGPT-Like Assistant
enchanté, described as a “ChatGPT-like assistant,” has been in use within Apple since November 2025. Macworld reports that employees utilize Enchanté for tasks including brainstorming, software growth, proofreading, and general knowledge inquiries.
Key Features and Model Access
