Apple debuted the long-awaited AirTag 2 today. Pre-orders are now live at Amazon ahead of delivery this week. Discounts are also available on the previous-generation model.
The new Apple tracker features upgrades including an improved Ultra Wideband chip, a speaker 50% louder than the previous model, Precision Finding support for Apple Watch, and better Bluetooth range. Importantly, it’s priced the same as the original.
The new tracker offers improvements in several key areas. Though, if those upgrades aren’t essential, a 4-pack of the previous-generation model is currently selling for $69.99 on Amazon – just $5 above our previous report.
