Apple has updated it’s Invites app, introducing fresh background options to personalize event invitations. The new additions aim to enhance the user experience when planning social gatherings.
The update focuses on photographic backgrounds,offering choices suitable for a range of events. Users can now select images ideal for planning a pool party, casual drinks, or even a sports-themed watch party.This update provides more ways to customize your event planning.

Among the new choices in the “Photographic” section are images of clouds, a lime slice in soda, lemon slices in punch, a frosty beer, adn watermelon.Other options include a pool inner tube,disco ball,orchids,bamboo,a chrysanthemum close-up,pickleballs,tennis balls,various sports balls,a clear-water beach,green bokeh,brocade fabric,grass,colorful flowers,rainbow sparkles,a light pattern,and champagne glasses. The Apple Invites app now offers a wide array of choices for event planning.
The Invites app, an iCloud+ service, requires a subscription starting at 99 cents per month to create events. The subscription includes extra iCloud storage and features like Private Relay. However, anyone can RSVP to an invitation, irrespective of iPhone ownership.
