Ariana Grande Joins Cast of ‘Meet the Parents 4’

Ariana Grande is expanding her acting career, landing a role in Worldwide’s upcoming “Meet the parents 4.” She will star alongside returning cast members Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro in the latest installment of the comedy franchise.

Stiller and De Niro are set to reprise their iconic roles as son-in-law and father-in-law, respectively. Blythe Danner and Teri Polo, who also appeared in the previous films—”Meet the Parents,” “Meet the Fockers,” and “Little Fockers”—are in negotiations to return. The film is slated to reunite the Byrnes and Focker families on Nov. 25, 2026.
While plot details remain scarce,reports indicate that the storyline will involve Stiller and Polo’s son getting engaged to a woman who may not be the right fit for the family. grande is expected to play the role of the fiancée.
John Hamburg, a veteran of the series, will write and direct “Meet the parents 4.” jay Roach, who directed the original trilogy, will serve as a producer alongside De Niro and Jane Rosenthal through Tribeca Productions. Stiller and John lesher will also produce through Red Hour Films, with Hamburg producing via Particular Pictures. Matt Reilly and Jacqueline Garell will oversee the project for Universal.
grande, known for her triumphant music career with seven studio albums, recently starred in the “Wicked” adaptation. Her performance as Galinda/Glinda earned her an Oscar nomination. She is also set to reprise her role in the sequel, “Wicked: For Good,” scheduled for release on Nov. 21, 2025.
