Armed Attack at Jiutepec Party Leaves 9 Dead in Vista Hermosa

Gunmen attacked a party in the Vista Hermosa neighborhood of Jiutepec. The incident occurred around 9:30 PM on Saturday. Nine people died in the shooting.

Reports indicate that armed men entered a house where a gathering was taking place and opened fire on the attendees. They fled the scene without being captured.

Neighbors who heard the gunshots went outside to investigate. They found several people apparently dead inside the house and called emergency services.

Police arrived at the scene to secure the area. Forensic teams from Semefo came to collect the bodies.
