Chief of Army General Staff Syed Asim Munir has reaffirmed the Pakistan Army’s commitment to thwarting the ambitions of the enemy and providing technical support to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police. General Asim Munir praised the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for their crucial role in establishing peace and promoting various projects under the South Waziristan Integrated Development Plan.
Army Chief Visits Wana District in South Waziristan
According to the Pakistan Army Public Relations Department (ISPR), Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir visited Wana district in South Waziristan, where he received a detailed briefing on the current security situation, ongoing counter-terrorism operations, and development projects.

The Pakistan Army reiterated its resolve to leave no stone unturned in thwarting the plans of enemy forces and their facilitators. The Army Chief paid tribute to the selfless sacrifice of security forces and law enforcement agencies for the country’s security and promised to extend technical assistance and full cooperation to law enforcement agencies, including the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police.
