Arrest in Bengaluru Vlogger Murder: Aarav Hanoi Charged with Killing Maya Gogoi

Bengaluru Vlogger Murder: Aarav Hanoi Arrested
Aarav Hanoi, a 22-year-old man from Kerala, was arrested by Bengaluru police for the murder of Assam vlogger Maya Gogoi. The police reported that Hanoi killed Gogoi in a service apartment located in Indiranagar. After the crime, he allegedly stayed with her body for an entire day before fleeing.
Gogoi and Hanoi had been in a relationship for six months and were staying together in the apartment for two days prior to the murder. The police indicated that the murder was premeditated. They stated that Hanoi brought an old knife to the apartment and ordered a nylon string online shortly after checking in.
CCTV footage captured Hanoi leaving the apartment in a rush on the morning of November 26, around 8:20 AM. Following the murder, police formed two special teams to locate him. Inspector Sudarshan led the teams.
Before her death, Gogoi texted her sister twice, stating she would not return home due to office parties. A post-mortem examination of her body has been completed, and the investigation continues.
