Investigation Continues in Death of ‘Project ‍Runway’ Contestant

salt Lake ⁤City authorities are continuing their investigation into the death of Ah Loo, a ​former⁢ contestant on ⁣”project Runway.” Loo, known ‌to loved ones⁢ as “Afa,” was⁤ also the‌ founder of Creative Pacific, a nonprofit institution dedicated to celebrating Pacific ⁣Island culture through various events.

According ‍to police, Gamboa, who was clad in black clothing⁢ and a black mask during the incident, was also ⁤wounded. He was treated⁤ at a⁢ local hospital before‍ being⁣ transported to the ‌Salt Lake County Metro Jail. Gamboa ‍faces a murder charge and remains in custody.

The ​Salt ⁤Lake County Sherriff’s department has⁢ not yet⁣ responded to requests for comment.

Salt Lake City Police department (SLCPD) is taking ⁣steps to reassure the ⁣community.

‌ ⁣ ​ “Our detectives are now working to thoroughly investigate the circumstances⁢ surrounding this incident,” Redd ⁢said in the SLCPD’s press release. “We will not allow this individual act to create fear in our community.”
