Asda Petrol Station Cordoned Off After Police Incident in Northumberland; Staff Left Shaken

An Asda Express petrol station in Prudhoe, Northumberland, was cordoned off by police following an incident overnight, leaving staff members shaken but uninjured, according to verified reports from ChronicleLive.

Police officers attended the Asda Express on Front Street in Prudhoe on Sunday morning, April 26, 2026, after being called to the scene overnight. The area was taped off as part of the police response, with a police van and a car present at the forecourt while inquiries were conducted.
