The Associate Director, HCP Marketing, will play a crucial role in the brand team, developing and implementing the launch strategy for Icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis. This position reports to the Group Product Director, Icotrokinra HCP Marketing, Dermatology. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities where primary care serves as a key stakeholder in PsO treatment initiation and developing a growth strategy that supports earlier treatment in a patient’s PsO journey.
- Customizing brand messaging and developing market expansion tactics, including personal, non-personal, and medical education tactics.
- Actively participating in cross-functional partnerships to provide inputs related to launch strategy and tactical implementation, involving departments such as Sales, Medical Affairs, Learning Excellence, Global, and Insights.
- Shaping and participating in advisory boards, congresses, and scientific sessions as needed.
- Managing associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA being preferred. Required experience includes a minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, or related fields, with a solid analytical and critical thinking ability to translate data into actionable tactics. The candidate must be capable of leading within a matrix environment and influencing without authority, demonstrating excellent communication and project management skills.
