LONDON — ‌U.S. tennis is experiencing ⁣a meaningful boost in rankings.Ben Shelton⁢ jumped to No. 10 in the ATP⁤ rankings monday. ‌He⁢ joins Taylor Fritz, at⁣ No. 4,⁢ and Tommy Paul, ‍at No.8. This marks the first time in almost two decades that the United States has three men in the top 10.

The last time this occurred was in April 2006. Then, Andy Roddick held the No. 4 spot,James Blake was No.‍ 7, and Andre Agassi was No. 10.

The WTA rankings also reflect American strength.Coco Gauff (No.2), Jessica Pegula (No.⁢ 3),⁢ Madison Keys (No. 6), Emma Navarro (No. 9), and amanda Anisimova (No.13) all hold spots ⁢in the ​top 13.
