Drake was serving time for attempted second-degree murder. the California Department of ⁤Corrections ⁢reported that Drake tampered with his ankle monitor ‍before fleeing.

Drake is described⁣ as 5 ⁣feet 8 inches ⁣tall and ‍weighing about ⁤160 pounds. He was⁤ initially imprisoned in 2017 following his conviction in Orange County.⁣ While incarcerated, he was also found guilty of assault. Drake had been scheduled for release at the end of the year.
