Augment India Holdings LLC plans to divest 85 lakh shares, representing a 7.25% stake in Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions, through a block deal valued at Rs 1,062.8 crore, according to market reports. The floor price for the transaction has been set at Rs 1,250 per share, which represents a discount of up to 10% against the current market price. Data available on the Bombay Stock Exchange shows that Augment India Holdings held 1,11,40,172 shares, or a 9.50% stake, in the power generation company as of June 30, 2026.

During that session, the stock traded within a range of Rs 1,385 to Rs 1,475, giving the power generation firm a market capitalization of Rs 16,369.34 crore. Brokerage Coverage and Market Outlook

Wall Street major Macquarie initiated coverage on Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions on September 23 with an Outperform rating and a target price of Rs 1,700. Macquarie expects the company’s installed base to more than double to around 8 GW by the 2029 fiscal year. The brokerage points to repeat commercial and industrial business and exposure to data and artificial intelligence transactions as key drivers supporting growth and longer-term earnings upside in India’s underpenetrated renewable energy market.

Macquarie views CleanMax as a corporate-energy platform rather than a conventional independent power producer, backed by about 600 customer relationships and integrated energy solutions. According to the brokerage, commercial and industrial users account for more than half of electricity consumption, with two-thirds depending on relatively expensive supply from distribution companies. JM Financial also maintains a Buy rating on the stock with a target price of Rs 1,501, noting that the company is well-positioned to capture the expansion of India’s corporate green-energy transition.

Financial Performance and Technical Levels

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions reported strong financial results for the April-June quarter of the 2026-27 financial year, according to Business Standard. Revenue from operations more than doubled year-on-year to Rs 832 crore from Rs 402 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization rose 74 per cent year-on-year to Rs 494 crore. The firm swung to a net profit of Rs 55 crore for the quarter, compared with a net loss of Rs 17 crore a year earlier.

On the technical front, Harish Jujarey, AVP Equity Research at Prithvi Finmart, noted that the stock entered a corrective phase after a strong post-listing rally. Speaking to Business Standard, Jujarey observed that the stock recently found support near the 1,170 level and recommended that investors wait for a sustained breakout above the Rs 1,390 to Rs 1,400 resistance zone before considering fresh long positions. The company’s stock listed on the bourses on March 2, 2026, and trades above its initial public offering price of Rs 1,053.
