CULIACÁN, Sinaloa – In conjunction with International Autism Awareness Day, Sinaloa Governor Rubén Rocha Moya and DIF System President Eneyda Rocha ruiz attended the launch of the book “Autism, from Bruma to Hope.” The event underscored the state’s commitment to fostering a more empathetic and inclusive society for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Rocha Moya added, “No father, no grandfather, can feel bad about having an autistic son or a son with a disability; in contrast, love is concentrated.”
